The Snipping Tool is a decent value in its current incarnation, but should become much more popular with the addition of multiplayer. The Snipping Tool takes forever to get started and once you have it set up, fails to do what it's supposed to. It's hard to say why this program is such a large download and resource hog, but there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to functionality.
